NDIS Provider Review respects your privacy. We do not require an account to browse the directory. Search queries and browsing activity may be processed to operate and improve the service.

If you contact us by email, we use your message and address only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We record provider profile visits and clicks on website, call and email links, using a random browser identifier stored on your device to estimate unique visitors. We share aggregate counts with providers and may use these counts to invite providers to claim their listing. This tracking does not record your name, contact details, or the content of calls or emails.

Standard web analytics or hosting logs may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. You can contact us to ask about information we hold about you.
