Matchworks DES in Corio is great. They helped me get through any mental issues I had and encouraged me to keep taking steps forward. They sent me to a few classes and helped me with anxieties I had when I went to interviews. They were all extremely lovely people and now I’m working and feeling more confident within myself. Appalling! Staff were cancelling shifts 15 mins before they were to come. I've given them plenty of chances. Rostering staff who have never met the participant as the staff are matching up people – this task should not be left to admin staff. They leave or move on, so no consistency. They are trying though, but hard to tolerate long-term.
